Our firm drafts, negotiates and renegotiates entertainment-related agreements, including but not limited to, record and distribution agreements, publishing agreements, producer agreements, management agreements, touring agreements, copyright license agreements all with our clients’ best interests in mind.

Our business acumen and experience allows us to consult independent record labels and music production companies regarding corporate entity formation, compliance and protection of intellectual property rights.

We have recently expanded our practice to include television/cable, film and other visual media and now provide counsel and legal services to actors, fashion models, writers, directors, film production companies, and radio personalities.
